Acceptance
By using Pinmate you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
Content you publish
Pin titles, descriptions and meeting points are visible to other users in your area. Don’t publish anything illegal, hateful or sexual. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
Safety in person
Activities happen in the real world. Use common sense, meet in public when possible, and trust your gut. Pinmate doesn’t vet hosts and isn’t responsible for what happens off-platform.
Limitation of liability
Pinmate is provided as-is. We’re not liable for injuries, lost belongings or disagreements during meet-ups.
Complaints
Submit complaints by email to . We confirm receipt within 5 business days and provide a substantive reply within 14 days of receipt.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to the courts competent for the consumer's place of residence or the operator's seat. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

We update these terms when the product evolves. We’ll surface the diff in-app for any material change.
